Internet Resources for Writers: Clarion West deadline 01 March 2009

Clarion West is an intensive six-week workshop for writers preparing for professional careers in science fiction and fantasy, held annually in Seattle, Washington, USA.

June 21 - July 31, 2009

Class size limited to 18 students. Total cost (room, partial board, tuition for six weeks) $3200. All students are eligible for scholarships.

To improve your chance of being accepted into the workshop, send us your best work, whether it is published or not. We don't care if it's realistic fiction, fantasy, science fiction, or horror; what we're looking for is writing that is powerful and original. It doesn't have to be perfect, but we want participants who have already worked through beginners' issues.
